You can choose to credit the fund into a UOB account or other bank’s account.
We shall demonstrate the “Other Bank” option.

Enter the Transaction Reference Number which you received via SMS.
Next, enter the Withdrawal Password. Please contact the sender for the Withdrawal Password.
Click “Submit” to continue.

Entering your 6 digit SMS-OTP sent to your mobile.
Click “Submit” to proceed.

From the list of available bank options, select the bank you wish to credit the fund to.
Enter the account number.
Click “Submit” to proceed.

A preview of the transfer information will appear.
If the details are correct, click on “Confirm” to finalize the transfer.

A green notification with a tick is shown when the fund transfer is successful.
Take note of the Transaction Reference Number for future reference.
