• The "Recharge With Visa Promotion" ("Promotion") will commence from 15th January 2025 to 30th June 2025; both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
• This Promotion is organized by Pixelbyte Sdn. Bhd. (known as "ParkEasy").
• This Promotion is only open to registered ParkEasy App users and any type of registered Visa card customers being either debit, credit or prepaid card customers in Malaysia ("Qualifying Participants").
• Qualifying Purchases

(a) For Credit Rebate

1. 1. ParkEasy App users who tops-up a minimum of Fifty (50) Credits ("Credit Rebate Qualifying Purchase") using any Visa card such as prepaid and/or credit and/or debit cards on the ParkEasy App will be entitled to a ten percent (10%) Credit Rebate;
   2. The Credit Rebate shall be capped at five (5) Credits ("Credit Rebate Reward") every 24 hours, regardless of the Credit Rebate Qualifying Purchase frequency made in 24 hours and such Credit Rebate Reward would be in the form of a code expiring on 7th July 2025, which can be redeemed and used on the ParkEasy App; and
   3. ParkEasy App users who are entitled to the Credit Rebate Reward will receive the Credit Reward within 24 hours through the email address which was registered on the ParkEasy App. 

(b) For Visa Cashback

1. 1. Visa Card customers who use any Visa cards such as prepaid and/or credit and/or debit card to pay for charging at the selected EV terminal bay will be entitled to a ten percent (10%) Cashback ("Visa Cashback") upon completion of the transaction;
   2. The Visa Cashback will be capped at Five Ringgit Malaysia (RM5.00) ("Cashback Reward") for each transaction regardless of the payable amount at the selected EV terminal bays; and
   3. The selected EV terminal bays for the purpose of this Promotion is the Shell Recharge bays at Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Mall, Bukit Jalil, Pavilion Hotel, Kuala Lumpur or Pavilion Mall, Damansara Heights ("Selected EV Terminal Bays")
