3. Passengers must be ready at the designated pick-up point before the scheduled pick-up time.
4. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including valid identification.
5. The shuttle bus service provider reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, disorderly, or pose a risk to the safety of others.
6. UOB and shuttle bus service provider will not be liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or accidents.
7. In the event of a service disruption, the shuttle bus service provider will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative transportation solution, but no guarantee of availability is made.
