  • The privilege is applicable to UOB Mastercard Zenith.
  • UOB Mastercard Zenith Cardholders must make reservations through the reservation portal of the designated website, app, or associated platforms to enjoy the restaurant booking services.
  • Local redemptions are not allowed. For illustration purposes, a Singapore issued card is not allowed to book for a restaurant in Singapore. This privilege is strictly offered as a tourist privilege.
  • Some restaurants may not be able to provide reservation privileges on local holidays, special dates, or due to other special reasons.
  • To ensure a smooth reservation experience, do review the available reservation dates and times on the restaurant's reservation page before booking.
  • Please refer to the maximum number of available seats set by the restaurant during the reservation period. This will ensure better arrangements and service for your reservation on special dates or under special circumstances.
  • This privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Please consult the restaurant to confirm whether it can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • Cardholders may be required to present their UOB Mastercard Zenith card at the restaurant to verify eligibility for the privilege. Cardholders are required to enter the first 6 digits of their card to verify eligibility when making reservations.
  • Reservation will be confirmed through SMS and email. Please retain the reservation confirmation for verification purposes at the restaurant.
  • Based on market conditions, Mastercard and its service provider reserves the right to adjust participating restaurant list at any time.
  • If you are unable to arrive at the restaurant on time or need to change the actual number of diners, please cancel or modify your reservation online within the specified time. Cancellation and modification through phone, email, or direct contact with the restaurants are invalid. The cancellation/modification needs to be made at least one hour before the reservation, otherwise, the reservation will be marked as a no-show by the restaurant. If the modification is unsuccessful, it may be due to the seat being fully booked or insufficient seats on the booking date. Note: Some restaurants have special requests for cancellation/modification times. Cancelling/modifying 1 hour before the reservation is acceptable to most restaurants. Please refer to the specific restaurant's requirements.
  • All products, services, consultations, and advice are provided to eligible members by participating restaurants. Photos are for reference only. The program is not the provider/producer of any of these products and/or services that are made available as part of the privilege and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
  • The program shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the privilege except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Within the scope permitted by law and regulations, the program and participating restaurants reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions (including validity periods, applicable conditions, etc.) at any time without prior notice. The information displayed on the restaurant details pages of this website shall prevail.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  • The use of personal data collected during the reservation process is governed by DiningCity's Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
  • Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
