• This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the "Coupon Applicable" tag on the room types search results page.
• To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop site to save the promo coupon automatically in your Agoda App. To apply promo coupon, click on the ‘Promotions’ tab on the payment page to select the coupon.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, and additional charges).
• Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, rewards, cashback sites, loyalty programs, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
• The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and UOB. All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s terms of use. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
• UOB and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.

• The Promotion discount for 14% offer is capped at RM100 per transaction, on first come first served basis.
• The Promotion discount for 10% offer is capped at RM80 per transaction, on first come first served basis.
• Agoda reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
• The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Agoda shall be final.
• This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
