Principal Cardmember: Age 21 or older
Supplementary Cardmember: Age 18 or older

Supplementary: RM30 per annum

Self-employed

  • Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
  • Photocopy of Business Registration Form
  • Latest BE Form with tax receipt
  • Latest 6 months bank statement (showing business turnover)
