How to be eligible for a complimentary 6-month subscription of the AutoCount Cloud Accounting Pro Plan?

Requirements

• Applicable to all UOB Malaysia Business Banking account holders
• Applicable for new subscribers to AutoCount ONLY
• Must download and activate UOB SME app with Business Overview link to AutoCount Cloud Accounting within 30 days (from the first date upon signing-up for this Campaign)

Important Notes

1. Campaign Period is from now to 30 November 2024.
2. This Campaign is open to all UOB Malaysia Business Banking account holders.
3. UOB Business Banking account holders will enjoy a complimentary 6-month AutoCount Cloud Accounting Pro Plan once their account is successfully activated and linked with AutoCount Cloud Accounting subscription with UOB SME app within 30 days upon signing up for this Campaign.

5. Eligible company is entitled to one (1) package throughout the Campaign Period.

General Terms and Conditions

• This Campaign is open to all UOB Malaysia Business Banking account holders.
• This Campaign is only applicable for new subscribers to AutoCount Cloud Accounting.
• The complimentary 6-month subscription period includes the initial 30-days free trial period.
• UOB Business Banking account holders will be eligible for a complimentary 6-month subscription to the AutoCount Cloud Accounting Pro Plan upon successful registration for this Campaign, account activation, and linking with the UOB SME app within 30 days from the 1st date of registration. This offer includes the initial 30 days free trial period. (For example; if a customer registers on 1 June 2024 they will be entitled to a 6-month complimentary subscription until 30 November 2024 where the 30-days are included in the month of June during registration process and approval.)
• All UOB Malaysia Business Banking account holders which are also Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business entities registered in Malaysia are eligible for the said offers, subject to the AutoCount’s acceptance of subscription, unless otherwise stated.
• Customers who wish to continue their subscription after the 6-month free trial period shall be eligible for preferential pricing, subject to terms and conditions by AutoCount. Subscription continuation must be confirmed in accordance with the service agreement prescribed in AutoCount’s software.
• The complimentary software usage is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives/rewards.
• AutoCount may request feedback or testimonials from the subscribing participants for promotional purposes and should subscribers agree to provide such feedback upon request.
• By participating in this Campaign, subscribers agree to receive communications from AutoCount related to the promotion and other relevant updates from AutoCount.
• The Campaign is valid from now until 30 November 2024 or until such other date(s) as may be mutually determined by UOB Malaysia or AutoCount, unless otherwise stated.
• Information is correct at the time of publish. UOB Malaysia makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied and accepts no responsibility or liability for the completeness or accuracy of the information.
• UOB Malaysia assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the offers, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software change, failure, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect a UOB Malaysia Business Banking customers’ eligibility in the offers.
• UOB Malaysia makes no representation to the quality or performance, or condition of the complimentary subscription provided by AutoCount under this Campaign. UOB Malaysia will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered due to the utilization of the said complimentary subscription.
• UOB Malaysia is not an agent of AutoCount. Any issue or dispute about the quality or service standard in respect of the aforesaid complimentary subscription must be resolved directly with AutoCount.
• UOB Malaysia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time, including adding, deleting, suspending, substituting, or varying the same either wholly or partially by providing prior notice through posting on UOB Malaysia’s website, notices on AutoCount websites, or through statement inserts determined by UOB Malaysia.
